The recipe for this gin dates back to 1870 and was created by Harry Hobbs. This secret family recipe is still made by 5 of his original botanicals of which added lime flower and lemon peel, gives this gin a refreshing citrus taste. Aromatic notes with a marshmallow, juniper and sharp Orris root gives it an outstanding savoury finish.
